Combining strategic thinking with a deep understanding of human behavior, she helps organizations turn talent insights into meaningful action.

With a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Universitas Indonesia and credentials as a licensed psychologist, Putri brings both scientific expertise and practical business experience to her work. She has extensive experience in competency development, leadership behavior, talent management, and behavioral assessment, enabling organizations to make more informed people decisions throughout the employee lifecycle.

Putri is a certified trainer for NBO’s Maximum Impact Presentation Skills program and holds multiple Thomas International certifications, including Thomas Personal Profile Analysis (PPA), Thomas Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (TEIQue), and Thomas Test for Selection and Training (TST).
