Carmen Gomez is the People Development Solutions Director at NBO Indonesia, bringing more than 20 years of experience in designing and delivering learning solutions that help individuals, teams, and organizations grow. Before joining NBO, she built her professional career in the property and financial services industries, giving her a strong understanding of business challenges and the capabilities needed to drive organizational success.
Today, Carmen leads people development initiatives while serving as one of NBO Indonesia’s International Trainers and an Executive Coach. She facilitates leadership, communication, and professional development programs for organizations across Southeast Asia, helping leaders and professionals strengthen their confidence, influence, and effectiveness in the workplace.
Carmen is an internationally certified trainer for NBO’s Leadership Competencies, Maximum Impact Presentation Skills, and Smart Negotiation Skills programs. She is also a certified Thomas International Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) Analyst and a certified Sales Star Inventory practitioner, enabling her to combine practical facilitation with evidence-based talent insights.
