We’re looking for a creative and curious intern who loves creating content and bringing ideas to life visually.
As a Content & Creative Intern, you’ll support our team in developing engaging content across social media and digital platforms. From brainstorming ideas and writing copy to designing visuals and creating short-form videos, you’ll have the opportunity to learn, experiment, and build real-world creative experience.
What You'll Do
- Create engaging content for social media, websites, campaigns, and other digital channels.
- Develop content ideas, concepts, captions, and simple copy based on different topics and objectives.
- Design social media posts, carousels, infographics, and other visual materials.
- Create and edit short-form videos, reels, and other multimedia content.
- Support content planning and maintain the content calendar.
- Research trends, topics, and references to generate relevant content ideas.
- Assist with content creation during workshops, events, and other company activities.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop new creative ideas.
- Help organize and maintain content, design files, and other creative resources.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- University student or fresh graduate from any relevant field.
- Strong interest in content creation, social media, design, and storytelling.
- Proficiency to use Adobe, Canva or other graphic design tools.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Good writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Creative, curious, and full of ideas.
- Comfortable with social media and current content trends.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, curious, and comfortable exploring new ideas and approaches.
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Able to manage deadlines and work on multiple tasks.
It's a Plus if You
- Have experience managing social media accounts or creating content for organizations, communities, or personal projects.
- Are familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, CapCut, or other creative tools.
- Have photography or videography skills.
- Have an interest in business, leadership, learning & development, or workplace trends.
