As a Consultant at NBO Indonesia, you’ll partner with organizations to solve complex business and people challenges through consulting, assessment, learning, and organizational development. Working across diverse industries, you’ll help clients strengthen leadership, develop talent, transform culture, improve organizational effectiveness, and build capabilities that drive sustainable growth.

What You'll Do
- Partnering with clients to understand organizational challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Translating business and people insights into practical strategies that help clients achieve sustainable growth.
- Designing integrated consulting solutions across business strategy, talent management, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and culture transformation.
- Developing compelling proposals, frameworks, and recommendations that translate ideas into practical solutions.
- Facilitating meaningful conversations and collaborative workshops that align stakeholders and inspire action.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary experts to deliver seamless consulting, learning, coaching, and assessment solutions.
- Monitoring project progress and evaluating outcomes to ensure meaningful impact.
- Contributing to thought leadership and innovation that strengthens NBO's consulting capabilities.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Business, Human Resources, Management, Industrial Engineering, Education, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
- Experience in consulting, human capital, organizational development, talent management, business strategy, learning and development, or related fields.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Professional proficiency in English is an advantage.
