As a Coach at NBO Indonesia, you’ll partner with leaders, professionals, and teams to unlock their potential through meaningful conversations that inspire reflection, build confidence, and accelerate growth. Rather than providing answers, you’ll help individuals discover their own insights, overcome challenges, and take purposeful action toward their goals.
Working alongside consultants, trainers, assessors, and organizational leaders, you’ll support leadership development, performance improvement, career growth, and organizational transformation through coaching that creates lasting impact.
What You'll Do
- Helping individuals unlock their potential through thought-provoking coaching conversations that encourage self-awareness and growth.
- Supporting leaders and professionals in achieving meaningful development goals aligned with individual and organizational success.
- Creating a safe and trusting coaching environment where individuals feel empowered to reflect, learn, and take action.
- Applying coaching methodologies and evidence-based approaches to strengthen leadership, performance, and professional effectiveness.
- Partnering with consultants, trainers, and assessors to integrate coaching into broader organizational development initiatives.
- Tracking progress and celebrating meaningful growth while encouraging continuous learning and accountability.
- Continuously developing your coaching capabilities through practice, supervision, and lifelong learning.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field.
- Coaching certification or relevant coaching experience is preferred.
- Professional certifications in assessment tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Professional proficiency in English is an advantage.
