As an Assessor at NBO Indonesia, you’ll help organizations make confident people decisions through evidence-based assessment and talent insights. Working across recruitment, leadership development, succession planning, and organizational transformation, you’ll evaluate potential, identify strengths, and provide meaningful recommendations that support individual and organizational growth.
You’ll work alongside consultants, psychologists, and business leaders to translate assessment findings into practical insights that strengthen talent strategies and drive better business outcomes. What You'll Do
- Transforming assessment data into actionable talent insights that support confident people decisions.
- Identifying strengths, development opportunities, and leadership potential through behavioral and competency-based assessments.
- Providing evidence-based recommendations that strengthen recruitment, talent development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.
- Partnering with clients and project teams to understand talent challenges and recommend appropriate assessment approaches.
- Delivering feedback that promotes self-awareness and individual growth while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Collaborating with consultants, trainers, coaches, and psychologists to deliver integrated talent solutions.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology or a related field.
- Experience in psychological assessment, talent assessment, or organizational development is preferred.
- Professional certifications in assessment tools.
- Strong analytical thinking and report-writing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Professional proficiency in English is an advantage.
