As a Business Development professional at NBO Indonesia, you’ll build meaningful partnerships with organizations that are committed to developing their people and strengthening their business. Rather than simply selling services, you’ll take the time to understand each client’s goals, challenges, and aspirations, connecting them with solutions that create measurable and lasting impact.
Working closely with consultants, trainers, coaches, assessors, and project teams, you’ll play a key role in expanding our relationships, identifying new opportunities, and helping organizations maximize their potential and accelerate their growth.
What You'll Do
- Building trusted relationships with clients and strategic partners that support long-term collaboration and mutual success.
- Understanding business and people challenges to identify opportunities where NBO can create meaningful value.
- Connecting client needs with tailored consulting, learning, coaching, and assessment solutions that drive sustainable growth.
- Developing compelling proposals and client presentations that communicate value with clarity and confidence.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to design solutions that address client priorities and deliver exceptional experiences.
- Growing existing partnerships while identifying new business opportunities across industries and markets.
- Contributing market insights and emerging trends that support NBO's continued growth and innovation.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in business development, sales, account management, consulting, or client relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially minded with a consultative approach to business development.
- Professional proficiency in English is an advantage.
