Before joining NBO Indonesia, Oky built more than a decade of experience in broadcasting, multi-platform media, management consulting, and adult learning. His background as a professional communicator has shaped a dynamic facilitation style that encourages participation, builds confidence, and transforms complex ideas into practical learning that participants can immediately apply in the workplace.

Oky is internationally certified by NBO Group to facilitate programs including Maximum Impact Presentation Skills and GenerationSMART. He is also certified by Thomas International as a Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) Analyst and in Leadership Development and Team Building, as well as being a certified Google Classroom Trainer.
