What You'll Do
- Support consulting, learning, assessment, or business projects.
- Conduct research and gather insights to support client solutions.
- Assist in developing learning/assessment materials, presentations, and project resources.
- Coordinate project activities and provide operational support when needed.
- Collaborate with consultants, trainers, psychologists, and cross-functional teams.
- Participate in internal learning sessions, mentoring, and professional development activities.
- Contribute ideas and continuously look for ways to improve how we work.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- Final-year undergraduate student or recent graduate from Psychology, Human Resources, Business, Education, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
